I am currently a Shift Supervisor for Sadara in the KSA with responsibility for arranging daily operations on 4 Chemical process plants. I arrange requests and coordinting upcoming work schedule activities. I ensure the smooth delivery of operations and work scope in compliance with the highest standards of safety. Currently working on the commission and startup of the Isocyanates envelope, Sadara project, Jubail, KSA.shortly after 44 years in chemical industry retirement this December after 7 years in KSA with Sadara I have 44 years’ process and DCS experience on top tier COMAH sites with a proven track record of developing operations staff, writing and validating critical procedures and leading the permit team to the highest safety standard. I follow processes diligently and meticulously, and I have an aptitude for identifying where improvements can made in terms of efficiency and safety. I combine my leadership, training, coaching and mentoring abilities with excellent technical expertise to improve the skills and knowledge of team members. This keeps everyone motivated and engaged, to the benefit of the individual and the company.
