For the past 3 years I have been focused on DOT/PHMSA compliance. Played key role in creation / implementation of the Control Room Management (CRM) Plan and audit protocols. Worked on Regulatory and Corporate Compliance, Alarm Management Program, Fatigue Risk-Management Program, Employee Training Program and Operator Qualification, Inter-Departmental Policies / Programs, Procedures (SWIMs), Control Room and Disaster Recovery Plan.- Update: PHMSA CONTROL ROOM MANAGEMENT INSPECTION April 14 and 15, 2014 The inspector (and the 3rd party consultant before him) commented that after reading the Procedures and Plan before even coming to the office, he knew we had a good Plan. His visit with us proved he was correct.
