Directed numerous locations, and employees in the continental US and was liaison to most of the major airlines aircraft appearance department VP's. The airlines that we worked with included Southwest, Delta, US Airways, Continental, JetBlue, and United.

Directly responsible for all ramp and operations personnel and their performance. Duties included creating a safe environment for our staff and customers, the on-time performance of all flights, weight and balance of the aircraft, while maintaining employee morale and adhering to a budget. During my tenure we successfully brought the Baltimore station up.

Responsibilities included making sure that all luggage, US Mail, and cargo where properly and accurately loaded on the aircraft for proper weight and balance. Scheduling of all employees, the dispatching and maintaining of ramp equipment. Assisting with the customer boarding of aircraft to help maintain on-time performance.
