I am a UX writer with a big heart. I love using the power of language to connect with people. Helping others feel seen, heard, and understood is at the core of all I do; personally and professionally. My background is in Linguistics, Student Affairs, and includes years of Customer Service. These experiences not only shaped me into an excellent writer and communicator, but also taught me what I really value - human connection.I am a graduate of the renowned UX Writing Hub's UX Writing Academy, and I recently finished a content design internship with RECIV- a FinTech startup based in Israel focused on green energy investing.By combining various UX Research methods with thoughtful linguistic craftsmanship, my team at RECIV was able to help completely re-write their website, and create the foundation for a future mobile app release.
