Medfield, Ma

Serving hundreds of boys and girls every year with baseball and softball programs, Medfield Youth Baseball and Softball has served Medfield since 1952. Programs range from instructional clinics, to recreational town programs, to travelling select teams, and are available to kids ranging from 1st grade to high school.As a member of the Board of Directors, I attend all board and committee meetings, participate in annual initiatives, provide direction and guidance on special projects, and am involved in driving the organization's mission, services, policies, and programs.

Project Manager and Business Lead in the design and rollout of a quality and satisfaction program for Copy & Print business. Spearheaded all aspects of program development and deployment including drafting a project charter and roadmap, identifying goals and objectives, maintaining a project plan, and determining the most effective rollout and communication plan. Following the successful implementation of the new quality and satisfaction program, identified and executed multiple process improvement projects by partnering with stores and field leadership with the goal of improving quality and satisfaction metrics, and directly addressing voice of the customer.

Led multiple projects concurrently while following the standard DMAIC methodology. Projects covered a range of goals including cycle time, quality improvements, process efficiency, and sales / margin improvements. Utilized a variety of process improvement methodologies to drive bottom and top line improvements including Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping. Was integral in driving results through the identification and selection of projects and mapping them to the organizational goals and objectives through a disciplined benefits / efforts process.
