This included, negotiating with business owners and senior management, managed a team of 5 area managers, and developed effective solutions to business challenges in order to deliver record sales and increased dealer profitability.

Responsible for creating a field team structure,established and chaired national retailer business development group and developed core programmes such as Fixed Price Servicing that delivered record Parts and Accessory growth for SKODA UK
