Been in the Construction industry about 35 years. Most recently was a Project Manager for W.W. Clyde & Co. from May 2017 until December 2018. Projects worked on were Ae'o tower ( 42 story mixed use high rise), Urgent Care Center facility on Kauai, and Life Science building at University of Hawaii at Manoa. From 1999-2016 ran my own Concrete Subcontracting business with 2009 being named Top 250 biggest businesses in Hawaii ( 33 Million in revenue). Prior 1999 worked for various Construction Companies out of Arizona. I'm a good leader who leads by example and understands that everyone is different so what works for one person may not work for someone else. Also don't ask or expect anyone to do anything I would not do myself. Lived in Hawaii for 27 years but now would relocate back to the mainland.
