More than thrity five years devoted to antitrust litigation and counseling. My first 22 years (at Howrey in Washington, D.C.) were as antitrust defense counsel for major corporations. While I still do defense work, over the last fifteen years (at Nexsen Pruet in Columbia, SC), I have shifted my practice so that I primarily represent antitrust claimants injured by violations of federal and state antitrust laws. My focus is on representing large buyers of products and/or services that seek redress for the damages caused by price-fixing, bid rigging, and customer/market allocation conspiracies.Specialties: Plaintiff "opt out" antitrust litigation.
