I am currently the Site Manager in Erbil, Iraq for the Peshmerga Multi-Platform Vehicle Program. I have eight years’ experience working as the in-country contractor program manager in support of the DOJ International Criminal Investigative Training Program (ICITAP) programs in Eastern Europe and the Middle East at diverse geographic locations responsible for ensuring management and logistical requirements were met and all projects and events were adequately staffed. I managed all project scoping, design, and management. This included support acquisition, budget preparation, cost estimates, program tracking and research. I spent three years in Haiti (1994-1997) as the in-country contractor Program Manager for the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) responsible for training all the police and building of the Police academy. I spent over five years (2011-2017) working as the in-country Manager/logistician in Afghanistan in support of TACOM programs. I provided advice and guidance to staff (24 personnel) on procedures, instruction, and regulations. I have extensive FAR knowledge and experience. I am a former Marine Corps logistics officer (MOS 0402) with exceptional skills and leadership/management experience. I had two secondary MOS’s Maintenance Management (0410) and Mobility 9Officer/Embarkation Officer (0430). I have experience living, working or training in 43 foreign countries. I have spent 15 of the past 24 years working overseas as a contractor.
