I am very interested in the study of Human Factors: How the aspects of the human element and the actions we take affect the world and those around us. What motivates us to do what we do?I instruct these factors in Crew Resource Management (CRM) as it relates to aviation. However, the more I study and learn, the more I realize how these also affect us day to day.
