I was brought in to organize and set up the commercial side of the company. I was utilized to restructure the service side as well. Despite the good intentions of the owner, the previous administration had devastated the company beyond repair. The owner himself aided to the implosion by funding his needs before those of the company.

I was brought in to handle the estimating for the commercial plumbing side of the business. I was utilized to restructure the service department, rework the invoices and design the inventory of the service trucks. I was in charge of overseeing multiple job sites and scheduling the work force to maintain job completions and starts.

I started at Steven's as a service technician. I performed slab leak locations, sewer line locations, video inspections of sewer lines, remodels, water heater replacements, re-pipes, re-routes of water and sewer lines, replacements of toilets, disposals, faucets and fixtures, water conditioning equipment, water purification equipment. I was called on to.

Owned and operated my own business in southern California. I handled service work, water conditioning and filtration systems, tenant improvements such as dental offices, veterinarian clinics, remodels, re-pipes, maintenance services for HOA's, residential new construction. I managed five men that worked for me. I handled work, estimates, call backs.
