I started my career with Johnny De Beauty Supply and was acquired by Davidson Beauty Supply where I was in the store division and eventually into marketing and merchandising. Duties along the way have included all levels of store real estate locating, designing, build-out and installation. As I progressed into marketing, was responsible for inventory development, creative marketing programs for outside sales and stores and merchandising support. Promoted to Director of Marketing working directly with manufacturers on strategic planning, marketing, education and product line growth.
