During the course of my career, I have tried many different types of lawsuits to verdicts in front of judges and juries throughout the United States. Much of my practice focuses on the investigation and defense of individual lawsuits, group lawsuits, and class actions which involve personal injury, property damage, medical monitoring, and injunctive relief in environmental and toxic tort litigation.
