Oversee the applicant journey from application to credit posting. This includes ensuring daily application review is assigned appropriately in the system, processing admission decisions, and occasionally aiding in transcript detailing and posting of credit. Regularly review processes and data at all points of the applicant life cycle to help identify any unnecessary barriers and/or to aid team members in their roles.Manage the credit evaluation process in Transfer Evaluation System (TES). Assist in researching transcript questions and catalog review. Track data on courses sent, received, and outstanding requests to look for trends on how we could increase efficiency. Assist Information Services in ensuring appropriate data fields are feeding from TES to PeopleSoft (PS).Regularly collaborate on ways to increase the student experience with departments within Enrollment Management (i.e. Recruitment Technology, Operations, Financial Aid, Registrar, etc.). Examples might include implementing changes that allow for more streamlined review of applications, accelerated timeline for posting of credits, providing more complete (and user friendly) degree progress reports, reviewing communications that point students to credit evaluation resources, and identifying ways to best track scholarship changes with updated transcripts and programs.Act as liaison between Transfer Admission and the various colleges around campus. This includes regularly attending advisor and advisor manager meetings, meeting with college leadership, and providing updates on pertinent changes to the Transfer Admission team and Enrollment Management Division as a whole.

Analyze transfer student trends; identify feeder institutions that DePaul can develop relationships or agreements with. Communication with DePaul faculty on course equivalencies. In-depth research on academic programs and how the relate to DePaul's offerings. Lead researcher of international education and programs; oversee the review of international credit. Liaison to international institutions and for the development of international transfer agreements. Ensure student satisfaction with transfer process. Record all exchanges in Microsoft Excel and PeopleSoft. Conduct office meetings and push for new initiatives.

Established rapport with transfer coordinators, deans, and academic departments of the community colleges being reviewed. Facilitated articulation requests with DePaul faculty and department chairs as well as with college office liaisons. Developed procedure for reviewing and maintaining the AP/IB/CLEP test credit awarding system at DePaul University. Determined which of Illinois’ community colleges would be deemed DePaul University’s “Major Feeder Community Colleges.” Coordinated complete curriculum articulation reviews of twenty-two of Illinois’ top community colleges. Managed the major feeder reviews which required the maintenance and organization of over 20,000 courses and articulations.
