Experience with Lean Processes, Six Sigma methodology, and RIW (Rapid Improvement Workshops). CSA (Customer Service Agreements): Working with our General Managers, Service Managers and Product Support reps I created service agreements for our various customers.Utilizing the CAT Builder and Calculator software programs I built, modified and created service agreements to help our customers keep their equipment running and minimize downtown. Equipment Manager Specialist: Using CAT's Product Link module, which is an ECM module that integrates with the machine wiring harness allows the customer and dealer to view where their heavy equipment is located (using GPS), view fault codes and utilization of their machine. Performed customer visits to train how the Product Link hardware functioned and how the website functioned to view connected machines. Advised customers on what their fault codes meant when a machine would trigger a diagnostic or event code. Also activated Product Link modules utilizing CAT E/T.

Have worked in a laboratory environment testing and analyzing oil and coolant samples for oxidation, nitration, sulfation, viscosity, and particle counts. Experience using a viscometer and testing oil using a spectrometer and analyzing oil for 22 elements that may potentially harm major components (engines, transmissions, final drives, pump drives, wheel bearings, & hydraulic systems)
