Managing a team of 6 regional training consultants providing training for Managers, Sales Consultants, Service and Parts Advisers in 220 Dealerships throughout Great Britain and Northern Island. Also managing the manufacturer's Training Academy, outsourced administration and network support team based at RTS H.Q.

As a freelance Training , Development and Leadership Consultant, I designed and delivered workshops, training courses and facilitated management team building and strategy events for a a wide range of clients. Including Hilton U.K., Hilton in the Americas, I.H.G., The Drake Hotel Chicago, the Lyford Cay Club in Nassau as well as the Nassau Hilton. I developed a series of management development programs which focused on harnessing expertise and knowledge from within the organisations. They were built on a "Masterclass" principle which gave experienced managers the opportunity to share the knowledge and experience with the next generation. The programs developed included Masterclass, Premier Class and the Leading Edge for Hilton and the Accelerator Program for IHG . During my partnership with Hilton we won a national training award for Premier Class. During this time I also worked as an associate with RTS Consultants delivering training for leading Automotive Companies, including, Vauxhall, Peugeot, Nissan, and Renault.
