Budget And Financial Management Analyst

Proposes and implements new funds control procedures for the Purchase Card program and for the processing of travel requests and vouchers. Coordinates staff input and prepares the annual PDR Internal Control Assurance Statement. Updates and prepares the budget input to the PDR Biennial Report. Serves as the annual Open Obligations Review action officer, coordinating with PD&R staff, and following up to ensure records marked for deobligation were in fact, processed for deobligation. Utilizes EZBudget and SharePoint automated systems to input and staff budget documents. Coordinates and develops methodologies for quarterly Grant Accruals. Utilizes COGNOS and Oracle financial data systems. Briefs the Budget Officer and the Assistant Secretary on PDR budget matters.
