It is my responsibility to facilitate prototyping, manufacture, fixturing and testing of Taser and Axonproducts. I have designed and built many machines, tools, and fixtures to facilitate and automateprocesses for manufacturing, prototype and production parts.3d model fixtures parts and assemblies in SOLIDWORKS using advanced features including surfacing,equations, and derived parts(aka top down modeling).Program gcode using HSM works, CAMworks and Fusion 360, as well as hand writing gcode forprocess optimization.CNC machine parts on 5 and 3 axis CNC mills, and a CNC lathe, as well as manual machines.Test parts and products using high speed cameras, force gauges and precision measuring equipment.If test equipment is not available I design and build it as well, the air cannon for example.Design and build machines and processes to manufacture or modify parts anywhere from one off all theway to mass production.

As a drafter I made parametric 3d models and drawings to facilitate the fabrication of wrought ironproducts ranging from intricate iron doorways to spiral staircases.

I worked for my father, who is a very skilled goldsmith. As his assistant I fabricated settings (jewelry)from scratch. I alloyed, milled and drew 18k and 22k gold into sheet and wire, and used it to fabricatevarious parts.

Heatsync Labs is 501c3 nonprofit makerspace in Mesa, that's free for the public to use. The premise isthat people can come in and use tools that they normally wouldn't have access to.I volunteered my time to champion the CNC plasma, CNC router, and 3d printing stations. Champions,essentially show people how equipment is used, as well as maintain the stations. As the champion forthese stations I frequently used the 3d modeling programs Autodesk Inventor and fusion 360. I alsoused CAM(computer aided machining) including CAMBAM, HSM Inventor, Fusion 360, as well as handwriting gcode.

As the 3d printing champion I taught people about 3d printers and how to use them, including 3dmodeling and preparing 3d models to be printed. I also maintained the machines at the lab and make sure the machines were in good working order.

I founded The Printing Press, a student club at Arizona State University for students to use and getexperience with 3d printing. I taught numerous people how to use 3d printers, and how to modelspecifically for 3d printing. I also organized meet ups, and worked with the university to fund the club.

As a sales associate I interacted with customers, and used a POS system on a daily basis.
