As an ABAP Jr. Consultant at Normen, my goal was to provide all possible support for the development and specialized support requirements generated by the different clients of the consultancy, in order to contribute to the success of their projects.My main duties included analyzing and resolving issues in programs through code debugging, designing and developing programs using ABAP code according to functional specifications, executing unit tests, and more. Additionally, I acquired knowledge and skills in the handling of tools and technologies such as the Eclipse IDE and had my first approach to SAP S/4HANA, where I learned about its new features and functionalities.For customers such as CCU and CMPC, I developed custom reports under ALV OO that improved data visibility. I also extended Web Dynpro developments to automate business processes. In addition, I restructured and developed reports that are generated and sent automatically by generating Simple Transformation using the XSLT_TOOL transaction and generating the required XML code. I also made extensions of the User Exits and Badis type to improve system performance and flexibility. This work contributed to improving customer efficiency and productivity.

During my time at Anida Consultores, I was responsible for executing operational guidelines for the service using defined processes, procedures, and instructions. My focus was on achieving the accurate and timely detection, registration, validation, tracking, and derivation of data link alarms within established deadlines, both for individual and mass events.In addition, I was responsible for validating in databases and reference systems the shutdown of equipment, scheduled work, transfers, disconnections, and suspensions, among other critical activities. I proactively monitored the links of customers with contracted services through the established tool, Network Node Manager (NNM HP), to guarantee operational continuity.In situations of alarm events, I took the initiative to proactively contact customers to determine the origin of the impact and provide quick and efficient responses.
