TURSS-is the division of the credit bureau that is specifically purposed to tenant screening. We ran credit, criminal, and eviction histories on prospective tenants for major national property management companies. As a CSR, my job was to deal directly with the agents at the various properties that use our service, duties included but not limited to, providing the highest level of customer support, data management, entry, and security, verifying criminal and evictions records using secure databases, and explaining what returned records mean.

GVI is the Untied States subsidiary of the Switzerland based tour operator Globus. Globus is one the oldest and largest guided tour operators in the world, providing vacations to six continents. I was a Group Tour Consultant. My job was to manage the day to day necessities of large groups on our guided tours. My duties included inbound call managing, sales, data entry and retrieval, account management, crisis control, multitudinous problem solving, and finalizing groups for overseas ground handlers.

Telefund is a fundraising organization that works for progressive not for profit groups such as the ACLU, DNC, DCCC, Human Rights Campaign, International Rescue Committee, and others. My duties there were phone fundraising through special appeal calls, cold calls, and renewing lapsed members.

Monarch Youth Homes is an organization that houses violent youth offenders in a half-way house situation as condition for their release from juvenile detention, or as a condition of probation. My duties were as an overnight staff member and included; crisis counseling, non-violent intervention, health care, light food prep, basic care and light cleaning.
