My tenure at TransUnion as a Senior QA Automation Engineer has been marked by reducing the bug escape rate to an unprecedented zero for most releases over five years. This came primarily from implementing an automation-centric test strategy. Which increased coverage of web interfaces and extended automated testing to APIs both within the primary product and those used to integrate other systems. This achievement is a testament to my proficiency in planning, crafting, and executing automated tests, a core skill honed through diligent practice.I'm most proud of my accomplishments transitioning teams from unstructured, manual testing to automation-centric strategies using Agile and SAFe best practices. Including structured processes to support FAA, FDA, or ISO compliance where applicable. And mentoring junior team members to improve their comfort and efficiency in writing automated tests.My commitment to quality throughout my career is reflected in my leadership of small and large teams, fostering an environment where continuous improvement and innovative test strategies are the norm, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the products on which I’ve worked.
