Supervise up to ten employees engaged in operations between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Manage workflows in order to meet various deadlines that impact availability, cost, and staffing.Work with external customers on issues related to deposits.Maintain work flow efficiency through the use of Performance Excellence.Ensure controls are consistently followed.Lead the Ideas Program Selection Committee.Manage overtime and costs in order to exceed budget targets.Develop innovative and repeatable processes to address new technology such as mobile and ATM deposits. Use various applications such as Monarch to quickly search databases to improve quality and speed up production.
