About David Frank
I have worked in the electrical industry for 25+ years and possess extensive hands-on and management experience. I have been involved in a vast number of complex and interesting projects around the Taranaki region (please see the accomplishments section), both onshore and offshore, establishing my reputation in earlier years as a highly competent electrician and electrical foreman, offering nothing less than quality workmanship. In more recent times, as a respected manager and director of ICE Electrical in New Plymouth, part of my role was to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the company ensuring all revenue and profitability targets were met - this I did with great success and the company was sold in 2015. Following a period of contracts management work for the new ICE Electrical team, and armed with a 360 degree understanding of the electrical business, I launched Strategic Electrical Services (Electrical Consultancy), in 2018. I offer services such as, but not limited to, project management, contract management, estimation, concept and design work, construction management and value engineering within commercial, industrial and domestic arenas.
