Provides project management for ongoing and new Microgrid projects in northern California. Activities include: creating schedules, inputting and extracting data from relevant Center planning tools, monitoring progress against deliverables, tracking costs against plans, tracking and managing workflow, and tracking and allocating labor hours.

In addition to current duties, is overseeing the implementation of the $6.3M Dream Fund Training Program.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks and projects central to soundoperation of the Lead Center. This position works closely with the Region Director on aspects ofgrant analysis, management and reporting, special project deployment, event and meeting planning,oversight and development of policies and procedures, and more.

A versatile, team player, focused on holding down the business side of The Booth while the brewers work their magic on the brewing floor. This position is best described as something of a ‘Swiss Army Knife’ type of position, as major areas of responsibility will include purchasing, logistics, facility management, HR, event and community support coordination, and compliance, with a strong connection to supporting the brewing and accounting sides of the business. The Operations Manager forms an integral part of the team at The Booth, being the main hub of information and action for all brewery process, and the majority of the business functions.

Oversees the entire subgrant process, from pre-award assessments to award issuance to compliance monitoring to subgrant closeout, in accordance with Internews policy and procedures. Oversees the administration of Internews’ subgrants policy and procedures, management of Internews’ subgrants database, and management of Internews’ auditable records for subgrants. Supervises the Subgrants Analysts, supports the Grants and Contracts Analysts with subgrants matters, and provides these roles with back-up support. Finally, communicates with program staff and funders on subgrant matters.

Provides administrative and financial analysis for grants and subgrants, procurement review and analysis, and grants analysis and management, as well as aids in the subgranting process, from initial risk and capacity assessments, to drafting agreements and modifications, to reviewing financial reporting and conducting desk audits.

Involved in most aspects of running a small, growing brewery where responsibilities included inside and outside sales, marketing strategy and implementation, maintenance, event planning, and tasting room management.

Enhanced curriculum and taught upper level Plant Ecology lecture and laboratory sections, as well as upper level Ecology laboratory sections. Prepared biweekly hour-long lectures delivered to large lecture sections, and designed and executed 3 hour laboratories once a week to smaller sections.

Developed and implemented curriculum for Introduction to Environmental Science to diverse array of students. Prepared and delivered biweekly hour-long lectures to over 60 students. Also taught biweekly laboratory sections to smaller classes (~25 students) utilizing a fieldwork based curriculum.

Oversaw day-to-day operations of HVAC wholesale supply company, including inventory management,coordinating incoming and outgoing freight, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining fleet and facilities. Started as Inside Salesman and was promoted to Operations Manager upon departure of General Manager.
