I am a Software QA professional with a lengthy year career in IT and have a Performance background. In this role I build relationships with new and existing teams, find process improvements, help define requirements, plan test coverage, report results, all with the goal of reducing risk while delivering high quality software solutions to our clients. My early IT work at OppenheimerFunds with responsibilities from entry level QA to managing a team of 5 people on a large software implementation set the stage for a rewarding tour of Denver based technology work focused on software quality assurance. Additionally, teaching SCUBA has deepened my appreciation of people and how to relate with them in stressful scenarios. I enjoy helping teams create new or transform existing software and teaching teams to right size QA and performance solutions.
