I joined The Law Office of Doyle & Doyle in the summer of 2002 as an associate having recently graduated from Seton Hall Law School with a focus on intellectual property, computer and Internet commerce legal studies. After 18 years at The Law Office of Doyle & Doyle, I decided to open up my own practice in October 2020, The Law Office of David Donald Gabel, LLC (f/k/a Eternia Law Group, LLC), focusing on the negotiation of contracts for software development services, software licensing, SaaS offerings and complex managed services and outsourcing arrangements. In addition to practicing law, I have a broad background in financial accounting, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting, from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, University of Richmond, Virginia in 1999. I am admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey (including the United States District Court, District of New Jersey), the State of New York (including the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York), the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
