My name is David Galvan, and I am an accomplished Internet Network Operations Specialist focused on achieving better customer experiences and providing “White-Glove” support. I bring all sides together, creating greater satisfaction and exploiting efficiencies, which translates to a better bottom line. One of my last projects saved Verizon $33M+ in operating costs by moving their messaging services to a different platform. The team I headed successfully notified the entire customer base and migrated all content to the new platform. I also have installed dedicated data circuits for business customers, from as small as a 56K fractional T1 to an OC3 fiber connection. I have configured the Cisco interfaces on the internet backbone routers as well as written configurations for Cisco routers sent to our customers. I have supported and implemented the layer two and layer three portions of internetworking.
