I have led automation efforts for multiple global businesses for The Dow Chemical Company and Trinseo for various types of operations, from continuous to batch processes. In my leadership roles I have architected and led implementation of automation systems across multiple business segments driving best in class manufacturing performance for productivity, low cost manufacture, safety and quality.I have innovated the architecture for world class high fidelity simulations and models for entire chemical processes based on Piping and Instrument Diagrams that requires little to no labor to implement. This is a break through for testing of complex state based automation systems.
