Responsible for growing the business in the Michigan region. Accomplished by using Business Development tactics to secure contracts with multiple referral entities Including, but not limited to: Livingston County, Jackson, Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Lenawee County and the largest county in Michigan (Wayne County). In addition, I was responsible for onboarding all new clients and staff. Assisting with admin issues such as payroll, scheduling, PTO, employee reviews, keeping track of profitability of all three of my clinics, responsible for all new authorizations including insurance coding and billing for 15 different insurance companies.

Responsible for the management of 1 Assistant, and 12-25 CEC Reps with Scheduling, Adherence, PTO request, and to ensure all KPI metrics were met.

Responsible for executing contracts for business partnerships between L J Ross and our clients. proficient in Medical, Utility, Education, Government and Finance sectors. Pipeline management with emphasis on relationship building and RFP writing.

Managed 3 departments in which I had 5 supervisors report to me. Additionally, I was responsible for the performance of 75 call center agents. My responsibilities included ensuring both projects hit sales, client and organizational goals. I was responsible for scheduling, approving time off, creating budgets, ordering supplies, determining eligibility for customers in regards to specific programs, conflict call escalation resolution, data entry, multi-tasking computer systems and for enacting contingency plans when goals were not being met. I constructed, orchestrated, and implemented all training material for the Department. I was also responsible for developing, coaching and monitoring supervisors with the goal of promoting through the internal career trajectory pathway while creating a successful and profitable business.
