I work directly with Procter & Gamble to ensure their products/promotional endcaps are being set and established within Target stores. I have developed a reporting Scorecard that provides analysis on Promotional Events, New Item Speed to Shelf execution, Retail Coverage, Instocks and IRC/POP. I analyze category trends to find store specific gains/losses which have helped build a better retail coverage business strategy. I also have developed several unique reporting methods to establish a clear $ROI based on the work that our company does for Procter & Gamble.

I helped further create visibility for our Headquarters driven workload tools that impact our stores. I had provided a monthly workload tool to our Senior VPs and Executive VP that concisely communicates a snap-shot of planned projects. I solicited feedback from cross-company business partners to streamline Captainships & Focus Programs by enhancing their reach and purpose company wide. I worked across multiple pyramids ensuring that all business partners are aligned and providing workstreams that correlate with our company’s vision.

I directed merchandising and planogram processes through my store with a team of 15 team members. I lead my store through daily operations with a team of 120 team members and ensure that all goals had been met. I had improved our logistics process by utilizing the strengths of my team and creating solid routines to support them. I also had seven departments that I managed while managing planogram and pricing teams. I managed payroll, scheduling and expenses. I have a lot of experience selling merchandise and intangible products through delivering great service.
