As Branch Manager, I had full responsibility for the P&L and commercial growth of a newly opened branch, that was intended to support a major semi conductor client. That client shut down it’s factory shortly after my arrival, changing the sales strategy, from maintaining a major client, to finding a sufficient amount of clients, to justify presence in the region.
