FlowPed Ltd is an Israeli Start Up incorporated in January 2021 by David Grey, Noam Hadas & Lee Sahar, three very experienced medical device entrepreneurs with over 100 years of combined experience and several successful exits. Our current challenge is to develop a unique Remote Patient Monitoring Platform that will provide a nursing, diagnostic and remote clinical supervision for both female and male patients suffering from moderate to severe bladder control issues. The very large existing global market sector is rapidly growing in line with increasing aging populations. The Platform is, especially, suitable for " elderly sufferers being nursed at home with the help of caregivers" or who are already in "full time nursing home care ".The FlowPed Platform's nursing component is based on the unique "Interactive Self-Drying Pad that provides 24 hour, non invasive collection of urine output leaving the sufferer totally dry at all times free of catheter induced urinary infections (CAUTI) ,incontinent associated dermatitis (IAD) and pressure sores while an array of sensors provide 24-hour detailed flow data as well as other important diagnostic information that will help create a "digitalized patient diary" providing both initial & follow-up condition assessments that can be used to improve the sufferer's well-being whether being treated in hospitals, institutions or at home. AI-enabled daily analysis allows release of clinical warnings highlighting patient dehydration & onset of pending infections. The project used an Israeli Innovation Authority Tnufa Ideation Grant Program to complete a POC of its interactive pad. Dr Ady Sasson and Senior Nursing Staff at Dorot Geriatric & Rehabilitation Hospital are advising the project together with senior urologists and internists based at other Israeli Hospitals. Pre-Seed/Seed Funding rounds are in process to allow recruitment of further team members. IP activity is proceeding.

Trupharm Limited was created to take over exclusive responsibility for importing and selling all the pharmaceutical product ranges of Fisons Limited,UK. The Company carried out these activities with remarkable success by creating a dedicated team of nurses that trained children and their parents on how to achieve optimal therapeutic results.As a result Lomudal (cromolyn sodium) soon became the leading prophylactic drug used by Israeli children in the treatment of spastic bronchitis. At the same time,the Company also became the exclusive Israeli importer representing manufacturers of many other leading products in the respiratory and allergy fields. This allowed it to rapidly establish itself as the first Israeli company that distributed and promoted a range of both pharmaceuticals and associated medical devices in a particular therapeutic area. In Oct 1987, Trupharm Limited sold all these commercial activities to a newly established company Trupharm Marketing Limited .
