20 years in global leadership roles has provided me with invaluable insights into what it really takes to build and lead high performing organisations. Across continents, I have built new capabilities to design and launch winning vehicle products, I have transformed existing capabilities to deliver above expectation financial results, and I have evolved ways of working to keep organisations relevant and connected to customer needs. Underpinning this is a solid executive skill set, with sizeable P&L responsibility and two decades’ expertise in global engineering and program delivery. What brings it all to life, however, is my strength and viewpoint on leadership. I leverage high performance leadership skills, including Workplace Big Five coaching and a strong focus on self-reflection and culture creation to accelerate and sustain performance. Lastly, I find personal meaning and purpose in the pursuit of a more sustainable future. To this, I bring recent focus on leadership of Hybrid / Electric Vehicle projects and am specifically interested in the integration of ESG principles into business strategy and execution.
