CurrentDavid M. Grill is a Partner in Rivkin Radler's Litigation & Appeals Practice Group, resident in the New York City office. Mr. Grill has substantial experience and expertise in commercial litigation where he concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, real estate and landlord-tenant litigation. Mr. Grill handles a variety of complex litigation involving contract, real property, cooperative and condominum, and corporate disputes. Additionally, Mr. Grill has extensive experience negotiating and drafting construction contracts. He represents major developers, landlords, general contractors and trade contractors.Mr. Grill earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar and a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
