Business controller function, on rotation, for Sales & Marketing, G&A, and Product Development units with the following responsibilities: monthly forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, and annual planning. Also functioned as a liaison between Accounting and business units.

Provided knowledge transfer to Adobe employees related to revenue recognition, accounting and other financial processes.

Strategic business and financial advisor for up to 150 staff from the WW Consulting Organization which involved North America, EMEA and Asia GEOs. Responsible for staff and controlled WW nearly $40M annually in both revenue and expense in 2007, while working closely with international controllers and corporate accounting to ensure GAAP and SOX compliance.

Supported the Consulting organization in North America in addition to providing some financial support to the Europe and Asia-Pacific Consulting organizations, which consisted of a total WW staff of 80.

Provided analytical and accounting support for the targeting, planning, forecasting, and budget control processes and/or financial management of the Adobe.com store, Latin America Sales, Asia-Pacific Sales, and some EMEA Sales groups.

Worked with Adobe Sales Management Team, Human Resources, and Finance to design and implement sales compensation plans worldwide and insured the compensation plans were compliant with company objectives. Calculated sales commissions and bonuses for 350 sales reps based on plans that generated revenue over $1.2 billion in 2001.

Managed four North America compensation analysts in the implementation and execution of the compensation plans for the Oracle Services Industries sales force. Managed the sales and compensation planning process for several organizations within the Americas License business.

Taught at 1 junior high school and a couple of elementary schools for the Mizuho Board of Education -- Kyoto Prefecture.
