Sysco - National Account Manager
CurrentDevelop and execute sales strategy for Sysco nationally. Lead internal and external teams through the Category Management and RFP process. Develop and implement sales plan nationally as the Category Captain in Fresh Dairy. Develop strong relationships with VP level sourcing, merchandising and category management teams. Lead execution and drive performance through 2 Regional Directors and 19 Key Account Managers. Target and grow key Sysco national account customers. Responsible for total volume and contribution margin budgets. Key performance metrics: • Exceeded sales budget for FY 2017 +8.1%, FY2018 +10.1%, FY2019 +10.7%. FY2020 +5.4% • Contribution Margin has grown 25% over 3 years. Exceeded CM budget by $4.5MM. • Won 3 Sysco supplier awards. 2018 Emerging Supplier of the Year, Bronze Award-Dairy, 2019 Bronze Award-Dairy.• Initiated Bi-weekly team calls to identify opportunities, risks and plan check update.
