That's reflected in a recent study by PWC, one of the top 3 global consulting firms, who estimated the global market value of drone powered solutions at $127bn per annum. The PwC report recognised just how much the use of drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) in the commercial environment will not only disrupt how organisations have traditionally performed a range of functions including the management of assets across many industries. At the same time, it acknowledges the almost endless possibilities drones provide in providing organisations with meaningful, actionable, real-time data in a more efficient, significantly less expensive and far safer manner.
