Technical Project Manager – Wells Fargo Wholesale Implementation & Database ServicesTechnical PM, responsibilities includes remediating Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases (DB) that were ageing out of extending support. Remediation includes DB upgrades, DB migration, Server and SAN provisioning, Solaris OS upgrades and Wholesale Technology Refresh. Prepared migration strategy and managed the relocation of impacted applications. Conducted Capacity Planning, Performance Testing and application regression testing. PM tools included PlanView, PM Universal Workstation, STAMP, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Access and Excel.

Technical Project Manager at Wells Fargo (WF) Bank - Internet Services Group (ISG) & Production Support Group (PSG).Technical PM for WF's ISG Fraud Prevention and Authentication Group: Key task - merged WF's Strong Secondary Authentications (SSA) application code into their Secure Financial Management System (SIMS) Application; moved SSA database schema from a “Stand-alone” DB instance to a shared instance on RAC infrastructure. Decoupled WF SIMS's Identity Tool Kit Database from its NavApp hardware and moved it to SIMS RAC infrastructure. Project resulted in a 35% improvement in application performance; eliminated two annual JDK / WebLogic upgrades and reduced memory usage by 3 GB. Provisioned new OC-3 circuits for Wells Fargo Shore View and Oxmoor Data Centers and moved OFX Production, Development, SIT & QA Environments off the legacy Wachovia circuit and on to the new OC-3 circuits. Project also included migrating and/or decommissioning legacy applications and circuits. Supported software and firmware updates on application and DB servers, emergency patches, security compliance releases and 24/7 support for ISG WWW and Fraud production environments.
