David Hart is a Broker Associate at The Colorado Group in the Colorado region, bringing a depth of experience and multimarket expertise to the firm. With a reputation for successful execution of significant build-to-suit and speculative large project leasing, Mr. Hart has completed commercial real estate transactions encompassing over 30 million square feet of space throughout his career. Highly adept at building new relationships, qualifying and closing transactions, his experience spans national corporate accounts, as well as local brokerage and consulting.In addition to his local concentration, Mr. Hart was a top-producing broker in both San Francisco and Chicago. His previous experience includes Newmark, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield (both San Francisco and Denver markets) and, prior to that, Lincoln Property Company in San Francisco and Equitec in downtown Chicago. He also ran his own commercial real estate firm, Commercial Colorado. Most recently, Mr. Hart was an Executive Managing Director with Newmark.
