Collaborated with project management, sales, and support to be the first post-installation contact for the customer. Responsible for all electric vehicle charging station activations and software onboarding for installation projects ranging from small employee amenities to larger multi-unit dwelling projects with over 100 stations. Used Microsoft Teams to videoconference with business owners to support installation, activation and custom configuration in the software portal for over 500 customers in my first 9 months. Created my own personal scheduling protocols and macros. Provided post-installation support and trained every new enterprise account. Scheduled hourly trainings and emailed customers through Zendesk. Configured each account to their specific use cases and trained them on the energy, privacy, availability, and revenue customization. Introduced customers to Plugshare to compare local rates, geographic distribution and to place their station in a large customer database.
