Provided academic, career, and personal counseling to Hispanic/international students by planning and implementing the day-to-day functions and activities of the ¡Gradúate! program, operating in Alamance-Burlington School System. Offered comprehensive support for at-risk Hispanic high school students, including in-school guidance and monitoring, after-school tutoring and life skills lessons, and parent involvement workshops. Collaborated with school and district administrators, teachers, and community partners to deliver a highly-successful pilot program which has since been replicated across the state of North Carolina.
