David, nicknamed "Buzz", is a Consultant Solicitor with Keystone Law based in Chancery Lane, London. He works from his home office in Cornwall and offices in London. He is a general company and commercial legal practitioner with a broad based multi-sector experience spanning some 35 years but with particular focused specialisation in financial services and insurance. Initially qualified as a New Zealand barrister and solicitor, he has operated as an English solicitor in private practice for 22 years based in London and for 8 years based in the South West of England and as General Counsel for 4 years "in-house" with OneFamily. His legal work is primarily transactional but extends to general advisory work including M&A, business transfers, reorganisations and restructuring, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, consortium arrangements and collaborations and general commercial contract (agency, distribution, franchising, sales & service, outsourcing, administration, management, ....). David has worked extensively in the IT field and has specific experience of banking, financing and security transactions.
