Resources Managed – 25+ Full Time Employees, Vendor resources and ManagersTeam Responsibilities include:• Responsible for service delivery and vendor management for all desktop and server related hardware break fix and provisioning (IMAC) activities in the America’s. • Coordinated 15,000+ desktop moves between multiple locations including complex remote office and front office trading floor configurations • Plan and guide desktop requirements at all levels of management for projects and equipment refresh activities.• Developed and implemented metrics reporting to drive operational efficiencies. • Conducted large scale business process improvement analysis to improve team effectiveness

Manage a team of 8 System Analysts handling 100+ trouble tickets daily in support of 2500+ desktops across multiple locations.• Supervise and coordinate large scale projects and initiatives, such as integration of newly acquired companies and the build out of the new Lehman data center; always ensuring that milestones are met, final completion is ahead of schedule and user impact is minimal.• Meet regularly with business senior management to present future initiatives, budgets, and status of major projects, and to ensure that they were provided with the highest level of service.• Work with Application Development teams to ensure proper internal Change Management procedures and workflows are utilized to minimize business impact regarding application updates, software distribution, and emergency changes.• Global Security Liaison for all Desktop Support divisions; responsible for planning, tracking and implementation of global security initiatives. These projects include Local Administrator Remediation, Worm Mitigation, Patch Management, Laptop Encryption and the implementation of various security controls and standards.• Handle the Disaster Recovery planning, rollout, and testing of Operations and Finance departments, ensuring all critical applications are available in the event of a disaster.• Coordinate global projects that provide transparency into the health and integrity of the desktop environment.
