I joined a highly experienced team in Miami Shores, FL "Georgee and Co." where I was a buyers agent.In 2011 I decided to take my experienced gained to venture on my own as a Real Estate Agent and part - time RE Investor. In 2012 my real estate investing became full time focusing on rehab projects. In 2013 my partner and I raised 1 million dollars in Joint Venture Partnerships for rehab real estate investing. All of our projects were rehabbed and resold within 120 days start to finish of resale. We were able to provide our Joint Venture Partners with a 75% annual ROI per rehab project.I have currently created Elite Property Group, LLC. which is a Real Estate Investing Company based on the principals of high return real estate investments.
