Responsible for the SDLC and ADLC management of the family of systems (network & cloud) fielded on over 100,000 Army ground systems that provide situational awareness and digital communications. Assisted the Program Manager and Project Manager in documentation to support the approval of Milestone B for the Joint Battle Command Platform (JBCP-P). Identified Risk management and EVM to manage budgets for contracting actions of current and future development.
