Budget and cost control disciplines being continually monitored and verified against feasibility studies and 'build to' budgets.An advocator of value engineering from the onset with demonstrable savings in time and cost proven on a number of schemes during my time with a Developer. Project Director and Vice President level roles entailed reporting to C Suite Directors and board members. I am well versed in both the traditional and Contractor Design and Build delivery models.

Project Director- Dubai Creek HarbourEmaar Oct 2015 - Sep 2017Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAssumed responsibility for the re energisation of the Dubai Creek Harbour Project (formerly known as the Lagoons). Phase 1 masterplan had a role out value of over Dhs 35bn and includes the Iconic Calatrava Tower.DCH is Emaar's new 'Smart City' in the Ras Al Khor area of Dubai Creek. Having been allocated this mega project my early tasks were to assemble the initial Project and Development delivery teams and strategise key disciplines including procurement of Enabling works and Main Contractors, Design and cost consultants. Working alongside key stakeholders the project was able to enter the Construction phase in an accelerated time frame by close liaison with the authorities and assembling a site based Design and Delivery team. The process of tendering and award of PMO Consultants and plot level Project Managers was pivotal to ensuring the Phase 1 Role out programme was achieved. A significant amount of early infrastructure works were awarded which allowed critical path marine works to progress that involved significant amounts of land reclamation to form the shape of the Island Development. A new sales centre and Advanced Promenade were first Horizon targets for Dubai Creek Harbour, both of which were completed on time and allowed the visiting public access to the Development to see first hand the site activities in progress. -

Total apartment count 312 ranging from 1-4 bedrooms plus penthouse and all associated communal facilities.Boulevard Heights is a another 2 tower luxury residentail development comprising of a 53 and 38 Storey tower with an apartment and town house count of over 550 units. Working Closely with Development team Leaders and Cost Consultancies the projects have been steered through the deisgn and tendering process and are all now sucessfully into the implemenation phase. -
