Having a diligent yet 'Can do' and enthusiastic and assertive approach to Project delivery, gaining a wealth of experience on a wide range of schemes that have included, Mixed-use, High, Medium and low rise, prime residential, hospitality, education and a global mega event. Major infrastructure and enabling works as well as significant rail-related projects. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Main Contracting self-delivery model of major schemes that has proven a valuable asset during my role with Developers. A genuine holistic understanding and collaborative approach to Project Delivery that encompassing Design Management, Project Controls, Strategic and local procurement of Contractors and Consultants and Main Contractors, Health and Safety, and full P and L accountability right up to Hand Over stage. Often responsible for the selection and assembly of the Project Delivery Team to align with internal and external stakeholder requirements. Budget and cost control disciplines being continually monitored and verified against feasibility studies and 'build to' budgets.An advocator of value engineering from the onset with demonstrable savings in time and cost proven on a number of schemes during my time with a Developer. Project Director and Vice President level roles entailed reporting to C Suite Directors and board members. I am well versed in both the traditional and Contractor Design and Build delivery models.
