I joined Tesco in 2017 as People Director, Centre of Expertise working to provide solutions across the Tesco Group in areas of HR Strategy and Planning, executive remuneration, reward, talent and learning.I previously worked at TSB, joining soon after IPO and building out the reward and performance team. Prior to this I spent a big part of my career at Aviva, moving between large HR business partnering roles and roles at Group level, with accountability that covered multiple HR disciplines and most geographies. I also had spells in Utilities (at Wessex Water) and in consulting with Hay Group. I started my career in the Diplomatic Service and worked in a number of roles at the FCO in London and in British Embassies in the Middle East.
