Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in design, people management, and business strategy. With a passion for understanding what drives people and businesses, I have consistently delivered innovative design solutions that meet the needs of both.My journey began with a love for animation and flash, which led me to work for print magazines designing layouts, advertisements, and album covers. As the web became more prevalent, I shifted my focus to designing websites, creating full branding and marketing strategies, and crafting intuitive user interfaces for web-based applications.The emergence of mobile and tablet devices presented new challenges, and I embraced responsive design and collaborated with front-end web developers on frameworks and agile development.Now, I'm exploring the psychology of the digital ecosystem, leveraging data analysis, research, and testing to drive human-centered design practices. I'm well-versed in ideation cycles, design sprints, and customer journey mapping, among other tools and techniques.At Concentrix Catalyst, I have applied this knowledge to unpacking complex business challenges, developing effective strategies, and working closely with talented colleagues to bring those strategies to life.
