• Primary contact leading all internal and external correspondence for HR department email regarding all inquiries• Work with all regional and branch operations managers to coordinate new hire training classes and process new hire first day paperwork including completing I-9 employment verifications • Complete all employment verification inquires and verify the accuracy all unemployment claims• Work in tandem with payroll department to ensure accurate pay for all new hires including union, non-union, exempt, and non-exempt employees based on each individual’s state laws and FLSA compliance

• Responsible for all ATS functions including posting, closing, editing, and auditing required fields, locations and workflows.• Screened resumes for technical and behavioral minimum qualifications• Conducted phone screenings, videos, and in person interviews using established tools and appropriate interview techniques to assess employment eligibility• Serve as the primary contact for managing requests for requisitions to be opened (budgeted, forecasted, etc.) • Developed, monitored, and maintained an active application pool of qualified applicants • Maintained a detailed record of candidate interviews for accurate Talent Acquisition Reporting• Collaborate with HR Manager to verify appropriate position requirements, satisfaction w/ delivery of recruitment services, delivery of timely hiring process & notification of on-boarding
