And control room staff. Dealing with Stakeholders including end users and contractors. Lead on Health and Safety matters and all line manager HR duties.

I ran a collection depot. As well as the employed warehouse/depot staff I managed between 5 and 14 self-employed teams (between 15 and 45 self-employed subcontract team members). I had full autonomy in running the depot. And my responsibilities included; Compliance in all aspects of H&S, Right to work (UKBF/HMRC), Fund Raising Standards Board (FRSB), Etc; Deployment of the teams to maximise collections; Staff training and development; Complaint/Conflict Resolution; Recruitment; Fleet management of a small fleet of lease vans; Stock control, ordering, and distribution; All associated admin and paperwork for above including the use of various software packages both custom and off the shelf such as SAGE 50.The depot had not been performing before I took it over. With low results, poor quality, and below average standards. Within a very short while, I had it hitting targets, we were getting positive feedback from customers on our above average quality, and standards all round had improved dramatically. Results this year included profit being 37.4% above target YTD.On a restructuring of the Northern depots it was decided that the smaller depots no longer needed a CCM. And my position was done away with.
